Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Relic Strength Co. cannot guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damages and Loss During Shipping
Relic Strength Co. is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Relic Strength Co. is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Relic Strength Co. is not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs processes.
